Both these qualities are rare these days and I appreciate my service provider, Jake, who was timely and kept me abreast of what he was doing. I especially appreciate the time he took with me to get my garage door opener operating and hooked up to my cell phone. He took the time to make sure I would be able to appropriately use the opener with my cell phone. I do want to make sure that I give thanks to all the receptionist who I encountered. Tyler Adkins was here before 8:30 Tuesday morning and within an hour he replaced the broken pieces, rollers and all the necessary parts to get the door up and running smoothly.
