We had a garage door emergency on a Saturday morning ! Our garage door was locked in the open position and we needed help! We called Precision Door and spoke with a kind lady who set up an appointment for us between 12p - 2p !! Our technician Tim C. called us and said he was in his way. When Tim arrived he greeted us with a smile and was so easy to talk with. He assessed the situation and explained in detail, the problem with the door. Tim skillfully and meticulously repaired our garage door. We would recommend him to anyone! We would like the managers/supervisors of Precision Door to know that they have a very important and impressive technician on their team! You are very fortunate to have him!! Thank you Tim C. Steven Clark was our technician. Called with what turned out to be an exact eta! I took his recommended repair suggestion and everything is working smoothly and quietly. Prompt, effective, efficient, and friendly. Our garage door spring and lift system needed attention; replaced with a Torquemaster conversion and new Liftmaster. Our technician, Jack, was friendly, presented us options, thorough in explanation without being verbose, and diligent in his work. Work was completed in a timely manner and instructional use given. Couldn't have asked it go smoother. Well done!

Steve was great! He was personable. He was concerned about walking through my house since we couldnt get in and out of the garage door, and he was careful not to bring in any dirt or bump anything. He arrived promptly and alerted me as to his arrival time. He was quick and efficient and he completed the job well! The cost of the repair was not as great. It was about $200 more than I had been quoted by another company, but Steve was awesome!

I dont have Austin hovering over me to give him a great review. Yes, my garage door is now operational. But just under $1400? I do not know how they live with themselves ripping people off. Never use this company. Big scammers.
