Both these qualities are rare these days and I appreciate my service provider, Jake, who was timely and kept me abreast of what he was doing. I especially appreciate the time he took with me to get my garage door opener operating and hooked up to my cell phone. He took the time to make sure I would be able to appropriately use the opener with my cell phone. I do want to make sure that I give thanks to all the receptionist who I encountered.
