Called precision door company for a price on a new garage door. They sent Mark out to give me an estimate. He listened intently to all my questions and did not try and upsell any other products. He told me the garage door that he recommended and that is the one I went with outstanding service and I’m looking forward for the new door installation next week. Frank M

Austin came at the appropriate time. He diagnosed the problem, then provided several options to fix it. Then after the repair he went over everything and explained how everything worked. He answered all of my questions and I felt well informed at the end. I am very pleased with the work done.

Maxwell, the technician arrived on time, listened to my concerns about the doir, assessed the operation of the door and made a recommendation to replace and lubricate the rollers. He didn't have an answer to the issue of water dripping from the bottom of the door but said he would talk to some filks back at the shop to see if it was an issue anyone else had experienced. Overall was very pleased with Maxwell!!

I made an appointment online and in less than 24 hours my garage door is back in action. What I thought was a simple fix turned out to be a complete replacement of springs and cable. My technician Mike was prepared with the needed tools and equipment and was efficient. He was also prepared with people skills and I commend him for his patience with me.

I had technician Mark St. Clair. He was very helpful. He explained why the door wouldn't open with the garage door opener. He also found another issued. He showed me why i had both issues. He showed me what the repair would cost and how it was determined. He repaired this issue and answered my questions. He told me why my outside pas didn't work. It was a dead battery. He showed me how to change it. He was very helpful and courteous.

Michael explained what was wrong with the door and opener. I went with a total replacement. There was no high pressure sales. Precision put my old opener in back in the 90`s. I know that they know what they are doing.
