Maxwell was outstanding, he was professional and personable. He understood why I was asking for the replacement of the weather strip because of a lot of water coming in when it rains. Then when he installed it he made sure it was the correct one and that the closer motor was adjusted to ensure a tight fit along the bottom rubber threshold. He also did the necessary maintenance lubrication of the door which resulted in the door closing in a smoother way and more quietly. Two days ago we had a very heavy rain and not one drop came inside! Thank you!

Shaun Sweitzer was very friendly and knowledgeable. He investigated and thoroughly explained why I was having those problems. He answered all my questions and repeatedly ask if I had any further questions. He found the same style door so I wouldn't have to contact the HOA for approval. He explained all the replacement options available and helped me choose a replacement.

Allowed me to place a service call on a door they KNEW they wouldnt service. THEY replaced the springs, pulleys, cables several years ago. They arrive and inform me that they no longer service expansion spring doors. Again, they unquestionably knew what I had prior to arrival. They had the records from prior service. Why wouldnt they tell me that when I scheduled?. Just to get a service call fee. Thats unethical.
