After trying to adjust the spring tension on my garage door, I finally called Precision for help on a Saturday. They sent out a really good technician, Maxwell Adamczyk, the next day, a SUNDAY.. He arrived right on time, did a complete inspection, and offered us three options for repairs. After selection one, he got right to work, and within two hours the garage door was fixed and worked great. Many thanks to Max for his hard work and extra efforts, especially coming to our rescue on a sunday morning. Very happy with your work. Thanks.

Mike came to my home on time and was very polite. He explained why my 28 year old garage door was giving me problems and offered several solutions to fit my budget. I would highly recommend Precision Door. They came out when they said they would and did a fine job on my garage door and opener system in just under the time they said it would take. Maxwell was outstanding, he was professional and personable. He understood why I was asking for the replacement of the weather strip because of a lot of water coming in when it rains. Then when he installed it he made sure it was the correct one and that the closer motor was adjusted to ensure a tight fit along the bottom rubber threshold. He also did the necessary maintenance lubrication of the door which resulted in the door closing in a smoother way and more quietly. Two days ago we had a very heavy rain and not one drop came inside! Thank you!

Shaun Sweitzer was very friendly and knowledgeable. He investigated and thoroughly explained why I was having those problems. He answered all my questions and repeatedly ask if I had any further questions. He found the same style door so I wouldn't have to contact the HOA for approval. He explained all the replacement options available and helped me choose a replacement.
