Garreth Roger's from Precision Garage Door Service came to my house to repair my garage door opener. Unfortunately it was beyond repair and had to be replaced. Garreth was able to give me a fair price and had the opener in his van with him. He was very professional and meticulous about his work. I would recommend him and Precision Garage Door to anyone.

Austin came out because we were having intermittent garage door issues and he discovered that the torque was that as high as it could be on our chain driven opener so he replaced it within an hour and we couldnt have asked for a nicer guy to come out and do the work!!!

Broken spring led to opener breakage. Called on Friday night and set up a 10:00 appointment for Saturday morning. Tech arrived promptly, showed me what needed to be repaired and gave me a total cost. Repair was done quickly and tech made sure everything worked properly with me. All cleaned up, spots wiped away. Could not be happier with the service. Would certainly use Precision again if the need arises!
