Called in the AM and appointment made for the same day!!! Shawn Sweitzer is the best technician. listened to my many questions and concerns. Explained all steps that he was doing and I felt that I was treated with respect. Will need to replace the opener soon and I will only use this company. Service charges were fair and reasonable. After trying to adjust the spring tension on my garage door, I finally called Precision for help on a Saturday. They sent out a really good technician, Maxwell Adamczyk, the next day, a SUNDAY.. He arrived right on time, did a complete inspection, and offered us three options for repairs. After selection one, he got right to work, and within two hours the garage door was fixed and worked great.
