Maxwell, the technician arrived on time, listened to my concerns about the doir, assessed the operation of the door and made a recommendation to replace and lubricate the rollers. He didn't have an answer to the issue of water dripping from the bottom of the door but said he would talk to some filks back at the shop to see if it was an issue anyone else had experienced. Overall was very pleased with Maxwell!!

I had technician Mark St. Clair. He was very helpful. He explained why the door wouldn't open with the garage door opener. He also found another issued. He showed me why i had both issues. He showed me what the repair would cost and how it was determined. He repaired this issue and answered my questions. He told me why my outside pas didn't work. It was a dead battery. He showed me how to change it. He was very helpful and courteous.

Michael explained what was wrong with the door and opener. I went with a total replacement. There was no high pressure sales. Precision put my old opener in back in the 90`s. I know that they know what they are doing.
