We were told on the phone there was no charge to get an estimate but if we decided to have them do the work there would be a $75 service fee added, so we decided to have them come give an estimate before we made a hiring decision. Their price was significantly higher than we were quoted over the phone by another company and when I told them that, I was then told I needed to pay the $75. They didn’t offer to match the other companies quote they just wanted the $75 for not hiring them. I was told they went back and listened to the call and they said I was told there was a $75 fee if they do NO work. The person who was here was a general manager who said he called a manager and that person listened to the call. Really disappointing. They were willing to waive the $75 only if I paid the $724 we were quoted to replace the garage door spring.

He identified why my garage door would not open, gave me three options for repairs and completed some major repairs within one hour. He answered all my questions and shared some maintenance tips. I had a broken spring on my door, and Precision Door had a repair man at my house in less than an hour. Garreth was courteous and explained what the repair would be. He worked efficiently and had my broken spring replaced promptly. I would definitely use Precision Door again.

Very disappointed. I was told by the service representative that the technician would be able to determine if the springs were under warranty. He had no clue since he had no paperwork. I said couldn’t you just ask your home office, they should have it. He said no, they changed ownership two years ago and the previous owner took all of the paperwork with him. The springs are only four years old.

We had a broken spring. Precision was able to come out the day I called but opted for the next day. The Tech, Jerry, arrived at out house early. He had all the repairs done in less than 2 hours. Jerry was very professional and preformed quality work. I would highly recommend.
