Great experience! Derek showed up to do my full garage door replacement. First class treatment and explained everything to me. Refuse to use any other company for my garage door. 3rd house that has been done. Derek is a prime example of why I use them.

We had Austin Z come out to our house to give us an estimate on our garage door. He was punctual and very professional. He shared his opinion when we asked for it and was very honest and helpful. They showed up really fast. Failed to tell me. If was a 75.00 trip fee even if they don't do anything. He stated Boss wouldn't allow him to service the garage door unless they replaced both springs(note) springs very replaced 2 years ago and aren't broken..plus because my Garage door was hung, it would be 200.00? Don't used them Beware

Austin did a wonderful job. He is very qualified. My garage door was not working. He went over and beyond to fix my garage door. I recommend him for your next appointment. For the time that he worked on my garage, it was worth every penny I paid. It was a 5 star!!!!!

Mark St. Clair was amazing!! Its never a good thing when your garage door breaks when you least expect it, but the team at Precision was able to send Mark on the same day and got us fixed! We even had him install the second garage door opener that was acting funny. Mark was so polite and explained things the whole time he was here. It was great knowing that he had everything needed on his truck and we didnt have to wait for him to come back. I highly recommend Precision!

Our door came off the track and we could not lift it up. The only way to get i to our garage is through the actual door. Luckily it got stuck about a foot off the ground. I called on a Wednesday and that same day we got an appt. They actually were able to arrive early and called for permission to stop by. We received and e-mail and a text that showed a pic. Of our technician Tyler. Tyler was amazing and very thorough. He explained to my husband what our issues were and what options we had. He also told us that our door wasn't the correct size and if we needed any help later with sizing they would be glad to help. Payment was smooth and Tyler was able to fix our problem in less than an hour. I definitely recommend Precision and will be telling all the family if they need anything fixed to use them!
