I wanted to take the time to say I want to thank precision of Akron! I had work done a few months ago ,had to call them out due to opener . Shaun Sweitzer came out , told me exactly what was wrong and fix my issue due to bad logic board . I give Shaun 5 stars and thank him so much for being so kind and explaining everything very good to me .

Super quick response time with our broken garage door! Fixed the same day! Pricing is reasonable too! Which is always a plus! Love that when I have changes i can text the number, and they replied back every time!

My spring broke and within 3 days (could have been sooner, I booked at MY next opening) they were out. The tech was very professional and friendly. He provided me 3 quotes (overhaul, moderate update, just the springs) and was not pushy AT ALL which I appreciated. He was done within an hour and when I get a plan together I will definitely utilize them to update my other components.
