My tech was Shaun Sweitzer. I called at 9:30 am on a Saturday morning and he was at my house by 10:15 am! My door stopped opening and my car was trapped inside. We needed a new system as it was original to the house. He was so nice and polite and in about 1 hrs and a half I had a new garage door system. Much quieter than the old one. The price scared me but everything is high these days. Would highly recommend Precision and Shaun!!

Great service! Precision Door answered an evening call when I returned home from a trip to a broken garage door. The spring broke when I tried to open the door with my remote and the door was stuck open 2 feet off the ground at an angle and would not close, even manually. Precision had their tech to my house for their first appointment at 8:00am the next morning. The only other company that responded at all did not call me back until 10:00am when my door was already fixed.

I had Tyler come out since my cables had come off the pulley and I wasn't able to use my garage door. He arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issue. He gave me a few quotes for repair and replacement and explained each one. It took him about an hour from arriving to fixing the garage door. Overall I'm happy with the service provided.
