Was able to schedule the appointment for the same day, my day was set for a Sunday between 4pm-6pm. There was no extra charge either. Tim text me his pic and said he was on his way. He arrived at 4pm. He gave us two quotes and he did what was needed to repair the garage door. He was professional and answered all our questions . Precision will be my first call when I need garage door service. Thank you

Same day call and replacement of garage door motor, key pad, etc by Garrett. Replacement options explained, any discounts eligible for were given--repair took about an hour. Have used Precision in the past for repairs and service and will continue to call them as needed in the future.

My garage door was acting up and not closing properly. Called Precision and a repairman came out the same day. Builders grade garage door. Main spring broke after 9 years. Repairman was very polite and knowledgeable. Replaced the spring the same day. Very happy with Precision.

I was unable to open my garage door due to broken springs. I made several calls to local companies who did not return my call. I called Prescision and they were out in about an hour. I was given 3 estimates by their tech GARRETH in his opinion on what I needed. He explained ALL options well. My garage door is now working fabulously. Would use Precision again.

The bracket for the spring came out of the wall at about 11:30 on a Saturday night and it was fixed by 12:30 the next day. My technician, Tim, was knowledgeable and fast. Very happy with the work. He also checked the bearings and ensured that everything is as ready to go, including showing me how to grease it. Thank you!

I think that every person that I encountered is to be commended for their professionalism and courteous behavior. Both these qualities are rare these days and I appreciate my service provider, Jake, who was timely and kept me abreast of what he was doing. I especially appreciate the time he took with me to get my garage door opener operating and hooked up to my cell phone. He took the time to make sure I would be able to appropriately use the opener with my cell phone. I do want to make sure that I give thanks to all the receptionist who I encountered. Each one with whom I spoke helped to decrease my stress and made me feel as if my needs were a priority. Thank you all again and again.

He showed up promptly, got the broken garage door open so I could get my car out, and finished the repairs in an hour.
