Im writing this survey only because I was asked by Precision Garage Door for my experience. I wasn't asked if I liked the bill. Precision Garage Door technician Maxwell Adamczyk was very professional and knowledgeable in the repair of or Chamberlain wall mount opener repair. The total price of the service call was hard to justify. I was informed when making the appointment that the $75.00 service fee would be waived, and we would be charged for the work performed. The $75.00 service fee magically was rewritten as a Safety Inspection Fee? Not sure what this Safety Inspection was other than the garage door went up and down safely? Each of the service fees were not explained until all the work was completed, and the total invoice was presented with the fees. Reprogram of the Chamberlain unit of $90.00 was somewhat expected. A 10-minute adjustment of the track was another $100.00 charge was over the top just to get the invoice to a nice round number. I get the fact that every company needs to cover overhead expenses, but like I said hard to justify with what was done from my perspective as an individual just getting a garage door to function.

I needed new remotes for the garage, as both of our broke (after over 5 years of rough handling!). Maxwell Adamczyk was prompt, friendly, and took care of the garage really quickly, including oiling the hinges. It was so nice working with him. The garage door and opener are such high quality that I dont anticipate needing more help for a long time, but if I do I will definitely call Maxwell.

Mark St. Clair was very informative and quickly assessed the problem and determined we needed a new door opener. He was very thorough and efficient. The only area of concern is that prices for the door opener and repair were significantly above internet prices. Also the fuel surcharge seems padded since gas prices haven't changed for 3 years and in fact are lower recently. Overall the service was efficient and the agent was very efficient

Shawn was great. Texted me when he was going to be arriving at my house for the inspection of the garage door. He then called with 29 minutes before his arrival. When he got here, he obviously knew what he was doing. He has experienced. Shawn Help me make the right choices for the garage door and the various attachments that would be needed. Worked out a contract quickly and explained it well. The price is good and hes able to take care of installing the garage door within two days. Pretty hard to beat that. The installation Brandon Machamer was done very professionally . I have put my own garage doors on in the past. They did a wonderful job. I learned where i had made mistakes. The replaced much more of the existing hardware then i thought they were going to . The door looks and works great. So here is the other factor. I called them late on friday, Saturday they came out and surveied the work needed. Gave me an estimate . And Tuesday installed a new door, tracks and torsion type springs. Also adjusted my existing opener to reflect the new doors needs . Pretty good.

He made an assessment of the situation with my garage door and explained the three options I had and their prices so I could make an informed decision about how I would like to proceed. He worked quickly and efficiently to get the work done. He showed me how the door was working and all of the parts that had been replaced. Precision Garage Door service is a great company. My garage spring broke on Sunday, called them at 830am Monday morning and they service tech here by 10:15am that morning. The tech, Mark St. Clair greeting me kindly and showed me that my spring had indeed broken an d went over my options on what I can do to fix the issue. We went over all the options available and decided what was best for my 30 year old garage door, we went with a new spring and motor and rollers. Mark was very kind and efficient and answered all my questions. 2 hours later he was done and went over how everything works and then he was in his way. Precision Garage Door was easy to work with from calling the company to having them come out the same day.
