Our repair man, Mathew Brown, gave us a photo and message 25 minutes prior to his arrival. He arrived on time and completed the door replacement in the estimated 2.5 hours. The door matched our HOA standard design specifications perfectly. The job was cleaned up nicely. The service man went over all required maintenance prior to his departure. Nice job!

We had a spring break and the arm from the garage door opener broke loose from it's attachment to the wall (the closed center bracket). I called at 5:30 AM and was promised a technician would be here between 8 and 10 AM and would call prior to arrival. Tyler A. called around 7:40 AM and arrived just before 8. He inspected the garage door issues and made his recommendations for needed repairs. With our approval he repaired the garage door, cleaned up the area and was done before 9:30. I think the price was fair and he did not deviate from his estimate.

I located this company via a google search for nearby garage door repair companies. I noticed a favorable rating history, so I took a chance. I wasn't overly impressed by my initial phone call as it was answered by a computer and transferred me around while I tried to remember which buttons it was telling me to press for the service I sought. However, I eventually spoke with a pleasant woman who scheduled an appointment for the same day. My technician Tyler called prior to arriving and was very knowledgable and pleasant to speak with. He examined my problem and offered several options after explaining what he saw. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was talking about and was an expert at his craft. I chose the best option for me and my situation and before I knew it, Tyler was working on the door as his mobile unit housed all of the items needed for the repairs. We talked throughout the repair and he never missed a step. After about 45 minutes, I excused myself and returned about 5-10 mins later and much to my surprise, Tyler had finished the job! *BTW, it is worth mentioning that this was a Friday afternoon and when Tyler finished, it was about 5:00 PM and he had another appointment to get to, but never hurried any handling of his job or explanation to me at all. Tyler was a true professional and truly refreshing in this day and age.

I was very Impressed with Kyle and the work he did. He explained everything in detail and in terms I can understand. He showed up 2 hours after I called to make appointment. He provided me 3 options to choose from. He finished installation in less than 2 hours. He reviewed with me how to use and the warranty. He was extremely polite and professional.

Tim called and advised me as to when he would arrive and was right on time. That was the first thing that impressed me about Precision. I explained to him what the problem was with the door and he went right to work, checking out everything on the door. He reviewed with me what was causing the problem and also other issues the door had and would need attention down the rood. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the door. I was very happy with the work and the great customer service!

I am very pleased with the work performed by Precision Door. The springs on our door broke and within 2 hours of me calling our technician Tyler Adkins arrived. He thoroughly inspected my door and came up with 3 different repair types. We chose the premium service since we had not had a service call in years. Tyler went right to work and a little over an hour he was done, cleaned up and was ready to leave. He was very polite and answered all of my questions.

We had a garage door emergency on a Saturday morning ! Our garage door was locked in the open position and we needed help! We called Precision Door and spoke with a kind lady who set up an appointment for us between 12p - 2p !! Our technician Tim C. called us and said he was in his way. When Tim arrived he greeted us with a smile and was so easy to talk with. He assessed the situation and explained in detail, the problem with the door. Tim skillfully and meticulously repaired our garage door. We would recommend him to anyone! Our garage door technician truly went above and beyond! The scheduling program had gone awry on the Saturday we were to scheduled to have a new door opener installed. Jack, our technician, called to apologize and offered to still come that day even though it would be considerably later than our requested noon-2:00 slot. We okayed the delayed start, and Jack went over as much as he could with us over the phone so he could begin the installation quickly once he arrived. He was finally able to begin our job just after 7:00, and he stayed to finish - with our permission - until 10:15! He was apologetic and kind and professional and very tired, but he was happy to go over our new Liftmaster Elite opener and answer any questions we had. We love the new opener with its brightly illuminating LED lighting, its quiet operation and built-in security camera. And one cannot really ask for a more dedicated service technician than Jack!
