Our Techs name was Tyler A and Garreth. Both gentleman were polite, kept the area clean, and the job was completed efficiently. A spring repair was completed, as well as installation of a new lift master opener. When I called to schedule a service, I was informed that they could come the next day. I will say that the cost was a bit more than I anticipated, but the opener is very quiet.

We had a semi emergency with our garage door not wanting to close and and so we called Precision and they were able to send a technician same day and gave a time frame and our Technician Jack Graves was wonderful. He was good with communicating when he would be there and was able to solve the issue and now our garage closes better and even better open/closes so quietly where beforehand would wake the whole neighborhood.

I can't say enough about my experience! This is the second time I have experienced 100% satisfaction. For me that's is golden. My last experience this past week was with Tim Cosentino he arrived exactly as expected was professional and a wealth of knowledge. He answered every question I had and adjusted the vist as needed. My garage area/door was 4 000% better than before he arrived. I give the person and company my full respect and recommendation. Thank you all

I called Precision Garage Door today to have the weatherstripping on the sides and top of the door opening replaced. Within a couple of hours Michael Bowman arrived and got right to work. Michael was very professional and did a nice job.

Sunday morning we discovered that our garage door wouldn't go up and the torsion spring had broken. I called Precision Overhead Garage Service and we had a Technician here in a matter of hours. Michael called before he arrived and gave us his ETA. He was very professional, assessed the repair and what parts were needed, gave us the written quote and off he went to fix the problem. Michael did a great job and we were very pleased with his work. I wl'll call Precision again for all of my garage door repairs. John from Westfield Center, Ohio

We called Precision Door Service due to an issue with our garage door. The same day, a service technician, Michael Bowman, arrived to our home within the service window time to repair a broken spring on our garage door. Tim came within 1 hour of my call and was so thorough and so professional. He aligned the sensors and then oiled garage door so it is so much quieter. He showed me everything that he did so that I would be aware incase problem happened again. Tim was the best and Precision Garage door is a wonderful company and I would not use any one else. Highly recommend

I called the Precision Door 7x24 service number on Sunday evening because the spring on my garage door broke. They set me up for an appointment first thing Monday morning. On Monday morning, Michael called and let me know he was on his way. Michael was friendly and professional and explained exactly what would need to be fixed.
