Great job by Tim. We have used Precision Door numerous times over the past 5 years. Great service and great products. Tim has taken care of garage doors and has always done an excellent job. Today he replaced the garage door molding. Took the old off and installed the new molding. Looks great as usual. Very happy with the job done. Precision door has always did a great job. Great staff, great service, and very professional. Do not hesitate to call them for your grage door needs.

We had a great experience with Precision Door. Our garage door broke and we had a technician come out the same day I called. Michael B. was professional and helpful. He answered all my questions (I had a lot) and we eventually decided to replace the door. Steve T. came out and installed it a few days later. He was quick and efficient. He got the old door down fast (it was falling off the track) and replaced everything in three hours. We appreciated the service and will be using them again if needed.

We had the Precision Garage Door Techs (Garreth & Jason) at our home early and on time this morning - I was impressed with their timeliness, their attitude and their desire to get right to work. I was having a new garage door opener installed (LiftMaster 87504), they looked over the garage door area and made an honest inspection for corrections that needed to be made to the system. It took them only about 2 hours to get the whole job completed. They took their time to show me all that they did and how to work the different aspects of the opener and the remotes. This particular opener has a couple of special items on it that I was truly looking for - Battery Backup, Motion Detection and Camera - great item's to have in this day & age. I almost had a hard time to believe how quiet the door and everything else was after opening & closing the door several times. If you are looking to have a new garage door installed, a new opener or just some parts replaced - don't by pass this company and their Tech's - they are outstanding and I believe well worth the cost. btw: they do offer a Military discount - that's something you don't see too much. Thanks so very much to Precision Garage Door and their Technicians.

Our garage door needed replacing. My wife had used Precision before and trusted their work. Within a weeks time we had Tyler come out do measurements, quote and install a replacement door with all the structural components along with a new opener. Incredibly happy with their results. If you are looking for something that is going to last with a great service warranty go with none other than Precision. Also try and get Tyler as well. You wont be disappointed.

Tim was excellent. He came over on a Sunday and fixed out door hinges even though we called about the keypad not working. Which didnt work because the batteries were dead cuz were too stupid to check that first. But he was very professional and didnt make me feel stupid about it lol.

Our 20-year-old Dalton garage door finally gave up the ghost yesterday. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, and they arrived this morning with everything needed (on the truck) to replace the old opener and spring system. The Tech Michael was excellent, professional, knowledgeable and meticulous. He had the old system replaced in under 4 hours. The difference is amazing. I am extremely pleased with the response time, the technition and the end results. I would recommend them highly.

Update: the company and the technician Tyler, ultimately worked hard to get the custom doors installed and working properly. Serving the customer and communicating to the customer is very very poor. The general manager would not answer or return phone calls or emails. The arrangement that we agreed upon was not what I received. Overall a bad experience. Wont recommend.

I asked Precision to come out and inspect my malfunctioning garage doors. They were on time and called me to let me know they were on the way. Inspection was thorough and the techs identified issues that backed up my observations. Springs and bearings were replaced as all the hardware is 21 years old and not performing to original standards. All the work was checked in my presence so I could be satisfied with the quality of the work. The techs were professional and courteous. I'm very happy with their work.
