Had new seal around the double garage door, new rubber seal on bottom of door and new springs installed. Called just for the seals but once they got here and started the work they found that the springs werent doing the job. They were actually 3 times to small and were not tightened properly. So therefore we needed new ones . This will help on less strain on the garage door opener and the beam that its attached to. Also will help with the weight of the door when the electric is out. Will make it easier to lift manually. He got the door to line up properly Michael B was a gem to work with. Very knowledgeable and willing to share the problems and fixes. Will definitely use them again if the need would arise
