11/3/2024 – AUSTIN 2 WIN! What a great experience I had from start to finish. I called in on a Saturday afternoon and spoke with such a helpful woman who set me up with an appointment that afternoon. Austin rolled up on schedule and was just so personable, knowledgeable, and helpful! He got the fix sorted for me and provided sensible and helpful insights into my garage door situation. He was awesome! I wish every interaction with a company and its staff could be like this.

10/31/2024 – I had a wonderful experience with Precision Garage Door. Austin Z. was very nice and professional. My issue was fixed same day. I was impressed with the communication, especially that they sent a photo of Austin ahead of the appointment. Would recommend both Austin and Precision!

10/7/2024 – Mathew and Austin were extremely polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. They installed our new doors and left us with a beautiful new look in our house! Much appreciation to the guys and the whole team at Precision Door!

7/3/2024 – We had a great experience with Austin our technician. He called to let us know he was on his way, showed up with great attitude, addressed & fixed the issue with a broken spring on our large garage door. He was thorough in explaining the issue & helped sort out our extended warranty. Overall impressed with my initial call for requesting service as well as the end product… a functioning garage door!

3/10/2024 – Seems like most catastrophic home failures occur on Sundays. I feel very fortunate to have contacted a company that provides emergency service 7 days a week. Even more fortunate was that our repairman was Austin Zink. He was kind, informative, prompt and professional. He was also knowledgeable and respectful of our budget. I will be sure to use this company if a need arises in the future. Thank you.

1/27/2024 – Austin was amazing! Very knowledgeable and up front about the repairs. My issue ended up being a minor fix but he followed the company’s policy to the letter. Austin also has a great personality and very personable! The company was well represented! I will chose Precision Garage Door for all my garage needs.
